Taking the same course number multiple times and not getting credit - watch the course number. The course number is on your certificate, you cannot repeat this course number in your individual compliance period.

Waiting until the last minute to complete CE before renewal. Yes, we have all been there, Life does happen. Spread those CE hours over your compliance period. Some states do have carry over- take advantage of this if your state allows.

Taking CE doesn’t match your license type. Some states, for example, Maryland and Virginia will only allow CE courses that match your license. (P&C vs L&H). If you are in these states, make sure you watch this!
