This class is of particular use to agents who advise clients about personal lines of insurance, but is very useful and proven of interest for commercial agents, as well as financial agents to build a foundation for their client. Deep analysis of the home, auto and personal umbrella policies. Commercial Lines Case Study 6 hours – must attend the full day to receive credit

Insuring a commercial risk can be intimidating. This class is of particular use for agents who advise clients about business insurance needs. It is very useful and proven of interest for personal lines agents, as well as financial agents to understand this side of their client’s needs. This class will work on a case study that can be written either on a BOP or CPP. The student will explore the process of identifying, analyzing and protecting the business needs on all levels. Not only will the student know the difference between these two major forms, but will also take a deep dive into the main commercial property form, the difference between the Occurrence vs. Claims-made forms for the Commercial General Liability; how to protect a business from computer fraud, employee theft. The Commercial Umbrella policy will also be discussed. Per the NC Continuing Education regulations, this class can be taken for general credits by individuals holding a Life, Health, Property or Casualty license. (6hours).

Long Term Care - 4 hour refresher course
